2005 chevy classic 2.2 4cylinder will noy run right will only run with accelarator to the floor

Question

car is showing codes po108;po113'and po420 will only start with gas pedal to the floor then will barely run idles normal then rough i can smell fuel from exhaust

P0113 Intake air temperature sensor circuit hgih

P0420 Catalyst system effieciency below threshold

Circuit high are condition when the connection to the sensor is not connected and the ECM see this as circuit high it a way of saying its disconnected.
