P2020 2007 Ford Fusion -

Question

A code p2020 on a 2007 ford fusion. Is this a code that is dangerous, and needs to be fixed immediately? Or is this something that can be fixed when I get around to it?

P2020 Intake manifold runner position sensor / switch circuit  range / performance

This would be a easy fix majority of time the actuator shaft just slips off, you might be able just to slip it back on.This is also know as the IMTV , You can fix this when you can get around to it, The disadvantage would be you do not get full potential from the engine
