C0226 Toyota - Sienna 2003

Question

I have ABS and Brake light on my Toyota Sienna for a while. Finally, had Toyota dealer check out and they told me that Brake Actuator is bad and need replacement. They have given me an estimate of $3000 +

It seems just outrageous.

Is there an after market Brake actuator that I can buy and some local mechanic install it?
