We have a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, and a few sensors are on P0101, P0401, P0128, can we still drive the vehicle around 300 miles?

P0128 is related to the thermostat being stuck if your car overheated (the temp gauge with to hot) it is important you get it looked at. you don't want to overheat the engine and damage the head gasket.

P0101 is related to the mass airflow sensor (kind of a big deal)

P0401 related to the EGR (it's possible the EGR is stuck due to carbon built-up)

P0128 may need the thermostat to get replaced. and P0101 I would try to clean the mass air flow sensor with mass air flow sensor cleaner before doing anything else.
