Hi,can this car error code p1320 show the exact ignition coil in a Nissan b15 or could it mean something else

P1320 does not tell you which ignition coil is bad, its possible there is more than 1, unless you have another misfire code, look on the ignition coils and see if there is any swelling on them.

you may also have to add a grounding kit to the car and clean the factory grounds
