Have changed oil pressure sensor, oil pressure sensor filter, throttle body, still throwing crazy codes and going engine power reduced, oil pressure gauge goin nuts will drop from 40 to 0 psi and back to 40 psi while driving down the road full of oil and no ticking not engine issue definitely computer or electronic issue.

Will stall and then no start no crank and have to unhook battery then still start right up,

Next thought is either ignition or ecm/ pcm

Vehicle: 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Lt 5.3 flex engine code 0

P1682 Ignition 1 switch circuit 2

P0641 5 volt refference 1 circuit

You have high resistance somewhere, especially at the ignition 1 circuit,Relays where once built very reliable, now with the cut of cost, they produce problem as in being unreliable. Replace the PWR/TRN relay for starts and the RUN/CRANK relay, This can also be from a high resistance at the fuse, alot of time high resistance is made right simply by removing and replacing the fuse. As for the oil pressure this can be more of a instrument panel gauge problem . If this was ECM you would not  be able to restart even if you disconnect and reconnect the battery.
