P0141 Honda - Element

Question

I have an 04 Element and the p0141 code came up. My airbag light is also on as has my radio unit been acting up (display is corrupted and until it works off/on, none of the buttons will work.
Are these problems related or should I address each individualy?
As for the 0141- what cost am I looking at & how difficult is it to install?

P0141 02 sensor heater malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

This is the downstream 02 sensor or the catalytic monitor sensor, The removal and installation is not the difficult you wil need a 02 sensor tool, As for the airbag light you would need to pull the code and radio all these are seperate repairs.
