P0339 CKP (crank position sensor) circuit intermittent
You need to test the voltage, being circuit intermittent is most due to poor mating connection make sure there is proper connection to the CKP even at the ECM.
If you have a scan tool that can give live data, look at the RPM as the engine is cranking the RPM has to be greater than 250 RPM as the engine is cranking, if it is not the engine will not start. and further investigation will need to be done.
Also check to see if the PNK wire of the crank position sensor is getting power (B+) with key on engine off
