I keep blowing my ing sw fuse every time i hit the gas pedel why is this

Why is my 2003 dodge grand caravan blowing the ing sw fuse everytime i step on the gas pedel i can push it really slow and it wont blow but if i have to normally press the pedel down it blows the fuse only under a load

The IGN SW fuse , what is on this leg is the LDP (leak detection pump) The LDP is located on the Evap canister,this is the only circuit on the IGN SW , Disconnect the LDP and retest if the fuse does not blow any more, Replace the LDP
