P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

Misfires can be caused by compression which you checked, and its good. misfire can also be from the absence of the spark , which you check or fuel, which you check on the injector, or poor fuel  metering. You may want to take injector 1 and swap it with another injector from a different cylinder, Even with a labscope a injector can show itself as good and zooming in on the injector pintle would  still show as a good injector. Swapping out the injector can be a option. This also leaves you with another possibilty and that would be for the ECM. Kia put out a Campaign SA032 titled ECM updates for various issue, What is included with this campaign is a P0300 (random misfire) , with vehicles with a MAP sensor. This Campaign addresses engine roughness and misfire in the first minutes of idle after a cold start. This is a Recall and  it is possible that may be the issue for P0301 that you have.
