i put a new ditributor plugs and wires still gotting this code

Vehicle: 1998 honda accord 4 cylinder

P1382  No CYP (cylinder position signal) sensor

Honda has a TSB about this condition  use TSB # SN040708, what this is about is the ignition shield missing or not properly installed, this can also be caused the ignition coil.
