How to Fix a P1549 code on a Fiesta ST?

Dear fellas I need you help.
A P1549 get on my 2008 Fiesta ST with 2.0L Duratec HE engine. Searching on the internet I get very few information. All related with the intake manifold tuning (IMT) valve output circuit, but does this circuit is located in the left hand of the throttle body? If it is, how can I be sure that this valve is the origin of the problem?
