P0128 Dodge -

So i replaced the thermostat and nothing is leaking and the fluid level is good and im still getting the code what else can i do and also now there is a lightning bolt coming up on the dash also

The lightning bolt on the dash, this mean the charging system is not charging check the charging system and make sure the drive belt has good tension. As for P0128 Dodge has produced a TSB about this condition TSB # 18-031-11 titled Cooling system DTC P0128 / Possible mil on. What this TSB is about is the thermostat rationality,where a new thermostat housing will have to be replaced and included with this is a shim kit that will need to be installed.
