P0128 Dodge - and P0522

I have a 2005 Dodge Neon. The engine light came on and I took my car to AutoZone for a diagnostic code. The two codes that came up are P0128 and P0522? The radiator was flushed and a new thermostat was put on but I am still getting the same codes. Help!
