nissan altima 2009 after moving few meters accelerator becomes idle or slow

Question

if the car is not moving throttle is perfect but after moving some distance even if car is on parking the throttle is so slow some technicians blame it the cvt transmission fault please help.

The CVT transmission do have some issue, that is why Nissan has extended the warranty
