P0016 BMW - 530xi

I have two codes on my Bmw 2007 530xi.p0016and p1554

P0016 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A)

 

it could be caused be dirty oil or the wrong oil weight. if you are due for an oil change get the oil replaced. 

The oil may clogg the vanos solenoids which the camshaft uses, and they might need to be removed and cleaned if the clogg is bad or if it is very bad like the engine had oil sludge the vanos solenoid may need to be replaced
