We are getting a B1845 How do we fix this issue and will this keep the car from starting?

This is for a 1999 Ford ZX2. The code is B1845. This deals with an ignition tamper circuit fault but that is all the information we can find. Where is the sensor located, is it bad and would this keep the car from running? Any information would be helpful.

Try disconnecting the car battery, then reconnect and retry starting again.
