When can is @ park it pushes itself back a little and brake isn't working properly. I'd love someone to help me out on these codes. Sometimes when car is at park it pushes itself back a little. So tired of hybrid cars!! Really need help

There a Campaign that Toyota has produced for these code condition, that includes your year make and model. Campaign # CSP-ZE1 , this is a warranty extension that Toyota has put out as of 6-25-2014.
