Question

i have the code p2181 reading from my code reader also the check engine light is with the electronic throttle control light on. when I give it gas my rpm gauge won't go pass 2500 rpm no power at all, replaced my thermostat no more over heating occurs but ETC light and engine light still is on still with no power, rpm gauge not going past 2500.
