2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.6L V8 with engine code P1824

I just replaced the front hubs and rear bearings and speed sensors on a 2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.6L V8. The 4x4 light is still flashing. I have a 4x4 low but not high. All fuses are good. What else can I check? Getting p1824 code
