P0446 Mercedes-Benz -

Question

Changed evap shut off solenoid and checked wiring (pink ground from pcm wasn't working, wired directly to solenoid and is working now) and cap is good, purge solenoid is working but am still getting code p0446

P0446 Activated charcoal canister shut-off valve , voltage supply.

One of the job for the PCM is to look for open circuit, short cirtcuit, and grounds, the PCM has to supply the power or ground ,P0446 when it comes to MBZ if this is direct connection the PCM will still see this as permanetly open condition. it is the current consumption the PCM monitor
