I have an OBD code P2110 on my '07 Fusion. How expensive is it to fix this problem?

Symptom: Cruise control is on. Suddenly it disengages and engine power is reduced. To continue driving it is necessary to turn off the ignition and then start the engine again. This is an intermittent problem which may happen every 500km or much more frequently.

Vehicle: '07 Ford Fusion 3.0l engine
