I received error code P0016 after replacing the distributor and cap. It was not there before. The truck is running well and sounds better than it did before installing the new distributor. The timing chain and sprockets are new and were replace only four months ago. Can you provide my with any suggestions?

something might be loose or misaligned

see alignment below

you will have to move the crankpulley to align it along with the distributor

I do notice the distributor stops just before the #6 marker on the distributor. I am guessing the alignment is off by a tooth. What is the best way to fix that problem?
