The car doesn't start. I checked spark and gasoline pressure and timing synchronization. The cylinder pressure range 120 - 150 psi. The beginning problem was a water pump leak. I know the whole timing belt set has to be replaced, but I want to know why the car doesn't start first. Could it be the cam shaft sensor or crank shaft sensor? The only code that shows is 1300.
