2008 Infiniti G35 with engine code P0150

Question

I have this continual fault code and it continually reads at 2.25.
there are no vacuum leaks and no electrical shorts as far as I can tell ( I did basic tests)
I changed the o2 sensor with no positive results

The 2.25 code is there even when disconnecting the o2 sensor.

what's next?

did you clear the ECU after replacing the sensor? the easy way to do it is disconnect the battery for an hour or so or leave it disconnect overnight. 

if that does not help you will have to check the grounds and wiring
