cant find a problem. changed the valve. cap is ok. still starts hard after fill up.

Vehicle: 09, hyundi, accent, 4cyl

Hi there,

Normally the problem is with the purge control solenoid and not the CCV. If it's sticking open even slightly, or if the vacuum line is not hooked up correctly, then when you fill the car with gas it will flood the engine and cause the hard start. If this is the part you replaced, then the next step should be checking the electrical side and make sure it's not powering the solenoid constantly and causing it to remain open.
