codes change from one cylinder to another

Question

on my 2007 jeep liberty I had code P0 203. I changed the spark plugs and replaced the fuel injector on the 3rd cylinder. I cleared all the code, and started it up. now it does the same thing but the code has moved from cylinder 3 to cylinder 1. do you think the injector on 1 can also be bad?

P0203 Fuel injector 3 circuit

There is the possibility it is only one fuel injector or there you have a faulty injector connection at or along the harness. There is also the possibilty the ECM did not intrepret the correct injector number that is faulty.
