Hey does fuel system 1 open mean fuel evaporation system is open like a bad fuel cap

What this means is for the fuel trim data, with a open fuel system ,the fuel trim data may not correct, a closed fuel trim the data will be correct. , You have a open loop this is where the engine is cold and not at operating temperature ,with open loop the 02 sensor is ignored, until closed loop then the 02 sensor is taken into account.
