I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota Manual trans 2.5 liter (4 cyl) engine. I'm working to solve a P1391 code. Have ruled out several possibilities and they point to wiring. What particular percentage of P1391 codes relate to a specific area of the wiring harness to focus on and how can I rule out ECM or PCM failure to be sure they are not the Issue. Also since timing chain problems are associated with this code, would jumping a missing tooth cause a regular pattern of engine failure or can that occur haphazardly?
