what does it mean if po 767 is detected

what does it mean if the po 767 code is detected and solenoid D stuck on , this is a mazda 3 2004 automatic.

P0767 Shift solenoid D stuck on

Stuck on some of the causes are  low transmission fluid level, worn transmission fluid .When this code condition occurs the transmission can not get past third gear.A replacement of the shift solenoid usuall is all that is required to  fix the problem , the location of the shift solenoid is in the control valve body.
