p2227 on honda accord 2003 does it mean i need a new computer

I have a 2003 honda accord Lx 2.4 check engine code p2227 ecu

The problem is not very common, have you tried to clear the code? if it does not clear disconnect the battery (both terminals and touch them together (tie them or use vise grip) for an hour or over night that will clear the whole computer memory. If that does not help the computer ECM/PCM may need to be reprogammed or replaced.
