I got the engine code P0013 on my 2009 Chevrolet Malibu 2.4L

Question

changed acuator solenoid control circuit and spark plugs on my 2009 Chevrolet Malibu 2.4L but check engine light came back on after going away temporaly for 20 minutes.

P0013 Exhaust camshaft position (CMP) actuator solenoid control circuit

You have 2 actuator solenoid one on the exhaust side and the other on the intake side, If you replace the exhaust and the code reappears check for open circuit on the exhaust actuator, You may want to get another actuator solenoid.
