what are the possible causes for PO350 code on Nissan Micra CR10DE engine?

nissan micra k12 with CR10DE engine,low power & high fuel consumption. scanned and p0350 code came up,new crankshaft sensor installed & code erased still problem exist. noted that the engine is running with high jacket water temperature but not triggering alarm. found thermostat removed.
