C1232 - What is the most propable cause

Chevy 2003 Trans Sport (=Venture), FWD 3,4l engine (E)

The ABS/TCS fault appears randomly, sometimes after 30 min drive, sometimes immediately when starting the vehicle.

In your opinion, from where I should start to find the cause for this Fault Code? I need to get this fixed before I'll take the car to inspection and get the licence.
