what is most likely the problem and how can I fix it. I unplugged the battery and it went away but came back after a couple of days.

P1519 Bank 1 camshaft adjustment malfunction

When you get this code you replace the camshaft solenoid adjuster, on Bank 1 side , you replace just the solenoid
