P0174 BMW - light come back after 100miles

I changed spark plugs, front heated oxygen sensor, cleaned Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. After 100 miles light come back

Sometimes the rear O2 sensor can also cause the code for a lean fuel mixture. It's also possible there is a leak in the exhaust or the intake manifold on bank 2. Also, just because you cleaned the maf sensor doesn't mean it's reading right. You need to get a scan tool that can read the live data and check to see if it's working properly.
