P0050 Chevrolet - How to check for bad harness or bad ECM

Question

I have a check engine light that comes and goes on a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse 3.6 the code that is showing is P0050 Bank 2 Sensor 1, I replaced sensor but still get code how do I tell if it's the engine harness or ECM on a scan tool this sensor is showing 98000ohms while others are normal even with the 02sensor disconnected am I right to assume its the harness? any help appreciated
