P2104 Throttle actuator  control (TAC) system - Forced idle

P2112 Throttle actuator control (TAC) system - Stuck closed

Ford produced aTSB about this when there is a battery change and you get these after the battery change. TSB # 12-8-1 titled DTC P0505, P0506/ Hard starting / idle fluctuation.and some vehicles exhibiting P2104 nd P2112.after a KAM (keep alive memory ) clear or a battery disconnection, what the issue has been is sludge build up in the throttle body leadinig to less desired airflow. What the TSB wants requires to be done is to remove the throttle body and clean the throttle body with carburator cleaner or equivalent.. What you can do is acces the throttle body and use throttle body cleaner as you spray clean the inside, put everything back together start the engine and let it idle a few minutes, clear any code that occured and test drive.
