Where is the transmission fluid pressure sensor/ switch "b" circuit located on a 2008 dodge durango slt?

have you replaced the transmission fluid and filter? if not I would start there and reset the code.

if you still have the problem the the sensor "B" is known as 2C in the service manual 

the valve body will need to be removed and maybe physically clean it
