Hello, on line this code is only supposed to be for vehicles 2006 and earlier. Whare is the Throttle Actuator located and how can this be permanently fixed. I was setting idling checking coils to see which one was bad when engine started idling rough and check engine light came on. Got out the code reader and it was reading two codes, P2108 and P1516. I erased the codes and check engine light went out and it seamed to idle a little better. Where is the Throttle Actuator Module located. Thanks Craig Weather [email protected]

P2108 Throttle actuator control fault

P1516 Throttle actuator control module throttle actuator position performance

For P2108 this is just a informative code where the TAC is unable to write or read data, What you have is P1516 that is causing P2108 to appear, P1516 this is always has been a wire issue or a connection problem at the TAC,  Chevy has produced a TSB about this condition where you can replace the TAC connection for this condition. It is a pigtail connection. That or you have just a poor mating connection
