Can anyone help on OBD code 0171 on my 2006 Acura CSX?

Can anyone help with OBD code 0171 on my 2006 Acura CSX. Had a little accident and now it is showing me chk eng. light with this code also if I turn on the car and drive at the stop sign in low rev.at that point it is strawling but does not turn off and if the air or heater is running inside is not strawling at all.

This code is a long term code for a lean condition on bank 1. This is usually caused by a faulty O2 senor or a bad mass air flow sensor. So it's not likely caused by the accident, but was an underlying issue prior.
