I got the engine code P0302 on my 2003 Nissan Sentra, is it safe to drive?

P0302 is a cylinder 2 misfire code, most likely a spark plug (if you have not done a tune up replace the spark plugs), you could also have a bad ignition coil, you can try to swap 2 cylinders together and see if the code move to the other cylinder
