P2263 Turbo charger boost pressure not detected

If you get this code at start up , this is more of a electrical fault with the turbo actuator. a open sircuit condition or a short to ground of the turbo actuator. The electronic  turbo actuator is a smart device and recieves information from the ECM. The electronic turbo actuator performs its own diagnostic and reports back to the ECM.
