Why does the truck throw a p2263 when I hit 30 psi boost?

Question

The two turbos work fine when you gradually pick up speed. I noticed it starts coughing and blowing black smoke, sometimes grayish and goes Into limp mode and will not pull boost or go over 25 mph. I have the DPF/ CAT delete kit and run stock programming. Runs great until you demand a lot of boost.

Is there any EGR codes with this condition? If there is then there is a restriction EP sensor or tube, You have restriction somewhere. The turbo itself its vanes can be sticking.
