When you get a misfire condition this effects , the catalytic convertor from doing its job it can also damage the catalytic convertor. For the misfire this can be fro the sparkplug wire to the sparkplug itself and a further inspection for the cause of the misfire should be done. A stuck closed purge solenoid valve can cause P0441 to be non operation a disconnected vacuum line to the purge solenoid can also cause P0441. As for P1810 this is the automatic transmission fluid pressure manual valve position switch and a transmission fluid temperature switch combined as one unit. it is located in the transmission valve body.
