P0128 Saturn -

Question

'03 Saturn Vue...P0128 code. Temperature gauge jumps to red zone and red overheat light illuminates on cluster gauge panel. I have replaced cluster gauge panel, coolant temperature sensor and thermostat. Problem not resolved. Chevrolet says the cluster gauge panel is defective MAYBE!!! Any other suggestions?
