P0122 Chevrolet -

I have a 96 Chevy S10 2.2
Getting code P0122 only. I have replaced TPS 3 times. Still getting code. Tested wiring, and my gray reference wire is reading 10.9 volts. I replaced PCM. Still the same. What do I need to look for? I pulled harness, and checked TPS wires all the way to the PCM, and they look good.

Vehicle: 1996 Chevrolet S10 2.2L
