2007 Lexus RX350 DTC P0171, P0174,C1201, C1223 and Cylinder #2 Misfire

Question

My 2007 Lexus RX350 has the following DTC codes when checked with Techstream:
P0171 -System too lean bank1
P0174 - System too lean bank2
C1201 engine control system,
C1223 ABS control system malfunction
and also Cylinder #2 Misfire.
The O2 sensor is replaced but P0171 and P0174 still occur.
Can anyone provide some helpful information ?

P0171 and P0174 could be an intake leak, dirty mass air flow sensor (check for intake leaks and clean the mass air flow sensor with mass air flow sensor cleaner

if the problem is not fixed by any of those list list of Trouble area to check. (exhaust leak or fuel pressure is the next most common)

C1201 is related to the ECM or the or ABS brake actuator (where you should have a specialized lexus tech look at the car or a shop that has a specialized Lexus/Toyota computer, if you dont want to take it to the dealer)
