Hi there,

This code is for the bank 1 sensor 3 high voltage. This code happens when the rear most O2 sensor is producing to much voltage for to long. This is normally a problem with the sensor itself. The sensor BEHIND the rear catalytic converter. Also be sure to check the wiring for issues along the harness and connectors. If it's shorted or chaffed it could be shorted to power and causing the code.
