P0011 2008 Nissan Altima Sedan -

Question

I have 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5s it's getting over hit and it;s mixed water with oil.and i pull auto the cylinder head I am taking head performance after that i am using new gasket i fixed the head and I alien the timing chine than I star the car ti's running smooth but letter it's bring check engine light code p0011 and i checked the timing chine ageing it's ok i change the VCT solenoid not change the code is came so what advice are you give me Thanks

Could be caused by dirty oil, if you have not replaced the oil and oil filter do so, if you have replaced it with the correct oil weight 5w-30. You can try to remove the Intake valve timing solenoid and clean it with brake cleaner.
